  • Coach at the front and centre.

Play

  1. 1Only move if you hear “Coach Paws says”.
  2. 2“Coach Paws says touch your toes.”
  3. 3“Coach Paws says jump like a Pup.”
  4. 4Sometimes leave it out — stay still!
  5. 5No one goes out — keep everyone playing.

Say

  • “Listening ears!”
  • “Ready paws!”
  • “Can you control your body?”

Increase speed and combine two movements in one instruction.
