Back

Make it easier

Remove the ball and allow free movement through the gates.

Level it up

Carry the ball, find the called gate, pass to a partner or coach, then keep moving.

30 pups

Lots of gates spread wide so nobody queues; teacher takes one side.

Stay safe & strong

Low markers only — safe jumps.

Early Years 3–5 / KS1 5–7

EY: More free exploration using colours and imagination. Allow carrying before adding any passing.

KS1: More purposeful scanning — the coach calls gates, and passing is added to the movement.
