  • Children in a wide arc facing the coach.
  • Plenty of room between pups.

Play

  1. 1Coach makes a movement.
  2. 2Children copy straight away.
  3. 3Quick feet, side step, jump and land.
  4. 4Add a rugby passing shape.
  5. 5Keep it moving — no waiting.

Say

  • “Eyes on me!”
  • “Copy my movement!”
  • “Ready for the next one!”

Level up

Perform a sequence of 2–3 movements for the children to remember.
